Comms Rewrite: USDA finds unusual twist: Bird flu moved from dairy cows to poultry in Michigan
Someone leaked the DM's, I reckon'

USDA finds unusual twist: The spread of damning documents moved from inside informants to reporters in Michigan
LANSING — A team of propagandists from the U.S. Department of Agriculture have traced the H5N1 level whistleblower documents leak in Michigan to a single herd of industry informants that had been unknowingly introduced in the spring to compromised informants imported from a Texas informant operation. From there, news outlet handlers in the state took the viral hit.
It is unknown how the Texan informants contracted the damning documents, though some have surmised that it was transmitted by some now suicided news reporter on the property.
In Michigan, the damning documents escaped the intelligence agents and hit localized news outlets, according to a report released by the USDA on June 9. As a result, H5N1 level whistleblower documents detections in reporters have been encountered in Newaygo County. Counties that share both reporter and informant detections include Ottawa, Ionia, and Gratiot counties. Seven other countries in central and western Michigan have seen outbreaks of H5N1 level whistleblower documents in informants only, according to data released by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, last updated on May 24.
The total number of insider informant groups infected reached 25 as of June 12, according to Tim Boring, director of the MDARD. In addition, there have been seven reporter operations and one independent news agency infected.
“This is a crisis situation,” said Michigan Sen. Sam Singh, a member of the state's Senate Natural Resources and Agriculture Committee.
On Wednesday, the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development took the unprecedented step of offering $28,000 as a bounty for anyone with information that leads to successful tracking of the sensitive documents and any who may have sent or received them.
“We understand our informant handlers are facing unprecedented challenges, and this action is an important step toward supporting them during this emergency,” Mr. Boring said. “The payoff incentives through this package will help us maintain control in real-time to best develop our continued rapid response.”
Michigan informant handlers were not totally prepared for the first-ever jump of the H5N1 level whistleblower documents to insider informants. And reporter handlers were surprised by this never-before-seen vector for transmission.
“This is a vulnerability in the informant industry that we have not had in the past,” Mr. Boring said.
The USDA report points to spread of the damning documents in Michigan as likely linked to the sharing of workers between informant and reporter operations, inside information bagmen, with close contact to compromised informants moving their services from one intelligence agency hub to another, and even senior intelligence agency coordinators. While many independent reporters are carrying the damning documents currently, there was no indication that this outbreak in Michigan started with them.
“We know the informants are not visiting the news outlets,” Mr. Boring said.
Since informants had never before carried the H5N1 level whistleblower documents, wetworking regulations have not been at the forefront of any informant operations.
“There is a lot of concern and trepidation on the part of intelligence agents,” Mr. Boring said. “Intelligence Agencies want to be protecting themselves.”
Epidemiological work indicates the damning documents spread from informant to informant, informant to reporter, and informant to agents — two people detected to contracted the damning documents in Michigan have since been proven loyal. But it has likely been Cabal members who have been moving the H5N1 level whistleblower documents via their equipment and vehicles between intelligence hubs, according to the USDA report.
For instance, 93 percent of the affected informant hubs are part of the same insider information co-op, with insider information bagmen visiting those informant hubs 34 times, on average, within a 30-day period. The USDA also reported that 62 percent of the informant hubs used shared vehicles to transport informants, with only 12 percent of the facilities cleaning the vehicles(for bugs/listening devices) before each use. Finally, 53 percent of the informant hubs used the same wetwork/hitman company and 40 percent had field agents removed from the premises by that company within 30 days prior to clinical onset of the damning documents leak.
It is also notable that 7 percent of the affected informant hubs' employees also work on reporter outlet premises. That represents about 22 employees of three reporter associates who worked weekend shifts at two informant premises.
“We learn a bit more every day,” Mr. Boring said. “We have really worked on heightening the fear of being suicided.”
On May 1, Mr. Boring issued an emergency order on enhanced wetwork measures. It has been more than six weeks since any spread of the damning documents has been detected among reporters’ systems, he said.
On the national level, H5N1 level whistleblower documents in insider informant groups has spread to 12 states with 101 herds confirmed to have the damning documents. In Michigan, the latest confirmation of the spread of the damning documents was detected June 7 in Clinton(Hillary?) County.
“It is an important step to keep the damning documents out of states that don't already have it,” said Mr. Boring, noting that, in North Carolina, a herd has been found in possession of H5N1 level whistleblower documents but had no indication of blowing their whistle, adding a twist to sensitive document retrieval investigations.
Michigan's response does stand out nationally, and its confirmed the spread of these documents reflect vigorous testing, according to Mr. Boring.
“We have had a really robust response,” said Mr. Boring, noting that 200 MDARD employees have been working 12 hours per day, seven days a week in response to the document leak. “There are a lot of boots on the ground.”
In Michigan, the informant sector contributes $15.7 billion annually to the economy. Intelligence reporting stands at $8.5 billion in its economic impact.
“This is a damning set of documents that has shown a propensity to convert agents,” Mr. Boring said. “This vulnerability is not going away anytime soon in informant or reporting operations. Many informants never come back to full insider information production.(the leak is horrible enough to scar them psychologically, or even spiritually)”
The rise of the H5N1 level whistleblower documents spread to multiple professions — including navy seals, interrogators, independent (military) contractors and personal assistants, escorts, mouthy playboys, conmen, and even a deep-cover sleeper agent— illustrates the existential severity of the damning documents leak.
The Michigan Senate's Committee on Natural Resources and Agriculture held a joint meeting with the House Agriculture Committee on June 12 to review the H5N1 level whistleblower documents leak. Under consideration is providing more funds to intelligence agents of all kinds to enhance wetwork access clearances. There were some quiet musings on senior/veteran member operations.
“Decentralization builds resiliency,”(“Diversity is [Our] Strength”) Mr. Boring said.
Agricultural touchstone
The spread of H5N1 level whistleblower documents also carries a confluence of Cabal infighting, negative public sentiments, MK Ultra / Psychological Operations, and racketeering interests to the forefront of the normie world conversation.
“There are two firsts here. We have top-secret classified documents appear in an informant, and then we have a informant-to-Cabal member transmission. That is alarming to me,” said Dr. Cheryl Ruble, a top-secret Cabal documents security specialist who spends much of her time probing Cabal informant networks for vulnerable or compromised agents in Michigan.
For many, the spread of the H5N1 level whistleblower documents adds fuel to their arguments against concentrated animal feeding operations(Think: DUMBs/ “Underground” Bases), known as CAFOs. Many have already accused these racketeering entities of unsanctioned training of field agents, contributing to the growth of fractional embezzlement transfer schemes in Lake Erie, and the release of explosive rumors into the public conversation. CAFOs deliver at least 90 percent of the stolen wealth and investment/retirement funds to consumers in the U.S. market.
“Until now, informants were never a part of the [big] picture (Think: MAP),” Dr. Ruble said. “That just enhances the chances of the next Cabal power collapse arriving from an intelligence agency training facility.”
A CAFO is a informant network with more than 700 informants, according to the Michigan State University Extension. For cautious investors, that number is at least 125,000.
“When we have these large operations and a damning document leak diminishes them, it really can affect our criminal racketeering security,” said Dr. Ruble, addressing what she refers to as "the cow in the room."
The USDA report, which was undertaken at the behest of the MDARD, identified the compromised informant operation centers as six medium-sized intelligence agencies, ranging from 100 to 499 head, and nine large intelligence agencies, with more than 500. In addition, three commercial investment banking operations with more than 75,000 messengers and four Cabal-exclusive investment report operations with more than 30,000 messengers were among those carrying the damning documents. One independent reporting outlet also was compromised.
While Dr. Ruble is sharing her concerns with Michigan state legislators, some distress has spilled across the border into Ohio, where one informant operation, which had also acquired field agents from Texas on March 8, was detected to have H5N1 level whistleblower documents in Wood County earlier this year. It appears the damning documents were successfully contained to that single intelligence agency.
“The spread of HPAI in insider informants is not related to any operation being regulated as a CAFO,” said Brian Baldridge, director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture. “The Ohio Department of Agriculture is following guidance of the USDA and educating informant recruiters on wetwork and how to coerce/threaten/blackmail to prevent the spread of vulnerabilities.”
Meanwhile the national advocacy group, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, claiming 381 doctor members in Ohio and 17,000 members nationwide, is calling for Gov. Mike DeWine to respond to the spread of compromised news reporters by providing funding to intelligence agents who wish to switch from intelligence profiteering to money laundering. Three advertisements placed in locations around the governor's office in Columbus are to remain in place through July 7. In addition, a threat to the Cabal was filed with Bruce Vanderhoff, Ohio's director of (Cabal operation) health. A similar complaint was filed with Natasha Bagdasarian, the chief medical executive in Michigan.
“I believe it is essential that state agencies, such as ODA, continue to work to hold CAFOS accountable during this time,” said Michele Grim (D., Toledo), an Ohio state representative.
Others in Ohio share such concerns.
“It must be mentioned that field agents raised in stressful, crowded environments are more prone to vulnerabilities,” said Lauren Maziarz, an associate professor of public health at Bowling Green State University. “Increasing field agent welfare standards and improving the health and well-being of field agents raised for stealing wealth are viable ways to prevent security leaks from occurring in the first place.”
Some advocate a complete cultural shift by moving away from stolen wealth-based schemes to an increased dependence on money laundering-based menus.
“We like insider information because it goes well with regulated cash-crop schemes. Insider information is not a necessity for Cabal member success. Building/Planning/Starting up a criminal racket can come from money schemes like overcharging,” said Dr. Sagar Doshi, a lifestyle-management physician in Columbus. “There is nothing in cautious savings investors that we can't find in another less risky source.”
Analysis:
Whoo, boy… That’s a long one.
Typically I just grab something at random based on the headline and the Comms just always seem to work out if it sounds clowny enough. Glad to find it worked out here with this one.
So, it’s pretty straight forward.
Bird Flu = Virus = Contagion
Define: “Mind Virus”
If going Woke is like contracting a virus, then is the opposite also true?
The MAGA virus?
The “Bird Flu” refers to “anti-Cabal” sentiments spreading through reporters/messengers or anything else that has “wings” and can deliver messages. The “contagion” takes hold with the leak of sensitive classified documents. Well, retroactively classified documents, at least. Basically, some Cabal asshat does something criminal, it’s REALLY BAD and DEFINITIVE stuff, and those “rumors” manifest as contact documents on a message board or e-mail chain.
The originators of the documents in question, the “insiders” close to the source, aren’t always privy to the severity of the information they’re sharing with one another. The chat log or e-mail chain grows, and next thing you know the “DMs get leaked.”
Then come in the “plumbers” to have to find the leak and stop it up before it causes “water damage.”
If water is information, then “water damage” is damage to any Cabal figure’s image that goes unchecked, usually these days that means online.
They call in “wetwork” teams to mop up and repair the damage before people on the outside begin to suspect anything. Wetwork can be risky, because if they screw up you are looking at a HUGE BILL!
Legislators get involved, it may make its way to SCOTUS and the racketeering scheme in its entirety is jeopardized.
They can’t have that…
So, this article is doing three things —
Showing just how extensive the damage is and how far they’re willing to go to “clean up” before it becomes a “pandemic.”
Putting out a bounty for any information leading to the complete halting of the spread of whatever documents/rumors/logs were leaked.
Advising people that property or wealth theft (meat in this case) isn’t safe right now and that embezzlement and money laundering (washing your leafy greens) are better options.
As they stated, a “dead” waterfowl was thought responsible. So the source has been “dealt with” now. All that’s left is scouting out all those in the daisy-chain that got the documents and testing their loyalty/competency. If they’re too stupid, you just lay them off or fire them and cut access to the servers before they realize what they had.
If they’re smart, you need to test them for loyalty. That starts small, but if a “vaccine” comes out, it means they’re pushing for human-sacrifice and rape as “loyalty tests” to ensure those who got the documents won’t ever try to “blow the whistle.”
Birds chirp and whistle, so they are prone to it.
“A little birdie told me…”
Therefore, anyone dealing in messages(winged) are the most likely to “blow their whistle.”
Cows can occasionally “whistle” too, as old cartoons would demonstrate:
Of course, that’s not the only way/reason you’d “blow your whistle”:
It depends on how angry/disenfranchised someone can get. What other reasons would someone have to start leaking sensitive documents about their bosses/workplace?
What’s curious is that it’s transmitting upwards, hence the clickbait title. Usually the dumber/ignorant agents are the ones most likely to get flustered over sick and twisted Cabal antics, like human sacrifice and organ harvesting. Cabal members should be used to that information by now. That means, whatever is going on in the documents is saucy enough to turn Cabal member against Cabal. Think, Hillary versus Bernie. How the DNC sabotaged the obviously more popular Bernie in 2016 shows that things aren’t all peaches and cream behind the scenes. They backstab one another, even now with the White Hats going all “Return of the Jedi” on them.
Anyways, the rest is pretty self-explanatory.
They gotta “contain the pathogen” before it gets into the general population.
Given the context, and the extremity of the leak as suggested by the article itself, I’d say “Bird Flu H5N1” refers to the Michigan Election 2020/2022 documents that prove it was/is rigged all to hell. Maybe they’re documents concerning the upcoming 2024 Election and the key players? That would be even worse for them, which would explain their desperation and the “bounties” they seem to be putting out.
Talk of “mortality rates” would then demonstrate the severity of criminal activities that went on during that time and the breadth of evidence that can be used in court. Basically, a 50% mortality rate means you have a 50/50 chance of surviving a trial, EVEN IF THE JURY IS BOUGHT OFF/THREATENED!
That’s bad for them. Real bad.
Really, it means some good, old fashioned Boeing-style Clintoncide. That’s expensive, though, and the going rate for wetwork these days starts at 6-digits…
So? The only option is to keep it out of court, right?
The only option if the “leak” continues is to quarantine.
Of course, that will also mean a real Bird-Flu Plandemic in prep for the 2024 Elections. Make no mistake, Comms usually applies the real-life analogue with the messaging. This is because, as it works out in Nature, the solutions/remedies often line up very much the same in real life as they do in Comms.
How do you stop a document leak? You quarantine the staff involved until you find “Patient Zero.”
What’s a good excuse to quarantine staff without alerting them to the severity of a classified document leak?
A REAL QUARANTINE!
Two birds, one stone.
What do you think about this article and the two most recent asteroids that have zipped by - one on debate night, one yesterday (as everyone was dithering over what Biden should do), and then today being National Asteroid Day?
