Mainstream-Claim: Bill Gates and [others] are involved in an extensive plot to release diseased ticks, specifically “lone-star” ticks, to get people sick with a meat allergy that prohibits the public consumption of beef for the purposes of reducing the greenhouse gasses that livestock are responsible for, all under the auspices of creating “modified” ticks that cannot reproduce.

Cynical-Claim: Bill Gates and [others] are heavily invested in lab-grown meat, and so the proliferation of a meat allergy, that their own synthetic meat can conveniently be doctored to bypass, is a very lucrative prospect - public health be damned. Introduce the disease, offer the ‘cure’, profit.

Conspiracy-Claim: Bill Gates and [others] are coordinating in a pincer attack on United States infrastructure and its civilians by targeting America’s food and medical industries. By locking the United State Government down with artificially increased food prices, with farm lands being bought en masse and then held in stasis, promoting Climate Change hysteria which ravages local economies, and reducing public health with the proliferation of wildly toxic meat substitutes, it simultaneously cripples US trade and fosters a growing Civil Divide around issues such as Climate, “The Science™” Industry, Vaccination, Healthcare, Consumption, Food, Agriculture, Bio-Engineering, and Global Trade.

Comms-Claim: Bill Gates and [others] are suggesting the Cabal employ the use of “ticks”, a form of espionage “listening device” designed to extract “bloodline” secrets from targeted individuals possibly working against the Cabal, and to introduce a “dis-ease” into the public, thereby giving “people” an “allergy” to “meat.” The coded language (the Acroamatic Cipher) underpins a wider clandestine discussion on social engineering, mafia/secret society asset directives, and coordinating in public psychological operations designed to sow public dissent and curtail any political resistance to Globalist(NWO) financial and theological control.

This is what it means to be “Multi-Faceted.” By layering so many subversive plots upon one another, and playing with words to hide intent, you can trick people into hyper-focusing on a single part of the elephant in the room, and get lost in their own interpretations. ALL can be true simultaneously.

Comms Terms:

• Blood = Bloodline/Caste/Familial Secrets of the Cabal (think: “Blood is thicker than water.”) It is the only valid currency for the establishment of Covenant and Contract among the Cabal.

• Disease = Usefulness and Trustworthiness in relation to Cabal Schemes.

• Allergy = The inability to be around certain subjects/topics/individuals without triggering a psychotic episode or event.

• Meat = The condensed and substantial active elements of a subject matter. (think: “The meat of the matter”, “The meat and potatoes”)

• Livestock = Controlled Asset / Slave (think: “Beast of Burden”)

• Human = The “Chosen” People, NOT YOU. You are a sheep. They refer to you as such.

• Sheep = Normie / Slave / Useless Eater. You are a slave. Humans are Free Thinkers. Sheep do as they are told. A Sheep cannot become a Human, no matter how many lambs you may slaughter in sacrifice, or so they believe…

• Cow = Industry Asset (think: Cash Cow)

Ticks are Bugs

These are the major dynamics of a Tick:

• They “get under your skin”

• Subsist on blood

• Parasites of the Arachnid family

• Spread diseases like Lyme, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and Alpha-Gal Syndrome

• Picked up in passing, hiding in heavy brush

• Commonly associated with Dogs(Personal Assistants)

• Swell with blood, and can be popped in disgusting fashion

Yet before we dig in, we need to understand the parent category ticks fall under.

Ticks are bugs.

The purpose of any Bug is to both annoy and collect the passing dialogue/conversation of an individual. Consider the phrase “I’d like to be a fly on the wall in that meeting.” Bugs have an uncanny ability to go unnoticed, despite most species’ universal desire to dispatch them on sight. When they swarm, it is nigh impossible to ignore/avoid their influence.

Before the advent of modern remote electronic listening devices, your typical Cabal “Bug” would have been a random bum set up outside of your target’s home/workplace who would follow them around and eavesdrop on their conversations or record where they’d been - all for a bit of pocket change. They were just homeless vagrants who were paid by the target’s competitor to loiter and listen. No more, no less. They were not expected to be professional in their paid roles, they just had to stick around and pay attention.

Different bugs of that caliber include Crickets, Locusts, Flies, Wasps, Roaches, Ants, and the occasional Spider. Their general designations are as follows:

• Cricket = Panhandler (think: “Spare some change? jingle jangle”)

• Locust = Refugee / Immigrant

• Flies = Loiterers / Scavengers / Welfare Beneficiaries (“Gibmedat!”) / FEEDER

• Wasp = Destitute, with an especially Religious Zeal / Anti-social Ascetic / White Anglo-Saxon Protestant

• Roach = Squatters / Unruly Tenants

• Ant = Soldiers / Security Guards / Neighborhood Watch

• Spider = Schemer / Entrapment Agent / Extortionist / Bondage Agent

You see, homeless people blend in to their urban surroundings. Like bugs, they are so “beneath” the wealthy and powerful that they will often go unnoticed. Only when they “get in your business” do people usually dispatch them. So long as they keep their distance, and stick to the cracks of society, they can operate freely. This gives them a unique perspective, a “ground-floor” perspective, to notice things that those of privilege often overlook.

Humans ignore crumbs, where a bug might see a feast.

Would a bum be more or less likely to notice when a man’s fancy shoes are scuffed? Well, if that bum is posted up on the side of the street and offering to polish their shoes, as the old trope goes, then they’d have an active interest in such small details. This attention to detail, as a means of survival, lends itself well towards reconnaissance work. It’s experience you can’t replicate or train an agent in. Add to it the natural camouflage that being a dirty bum gives you in a concrete jungle, and you’re especially equipped to the aforementioned task at hand.

People don’t just ignore you, they stay away from you.

Occasionally a charitable person may pay some mind, but generally people don’t care.

If you were a cat or dog, they might, but you’re a nasty little bug. Who would go out of their way to help a filthy cretin such as you?

You’re not long for this world anyways… Best just to leave them to their own devices…

Besides all that, most bugs deal in shit and dirt. Shit stinks, dirt clings. In other words, Bugs deal in proof, evidence, leverage, and blackmail. They have no money, so the next best thing is to exploit others and take advantage of systems or charity when and where they can.

When organized, they can even form their own little societies, with varying degrees of social influence that are often over-fantasized about…

Bugs are Annoying

Bugs will creep and crawl. They get in the way, and they get in your face. Flies looking for some moisture might dart towards your eyes while you’re working. Ants will climb up on you and your furniture in search of food.

Worst part is, the stinkier and sweatier you are, the more they wanna come to pester you.

Bugs are more likely to recognize when someone is “covered” in some form of degeneracy or decay.

In other words; in Comms words, if you’re “up to your neck in the shit” that means you have something you’re guilty of. If you carry guilt, they can exploit that and use it against you. In the clandestine world of spies and saboteurs, all that matters is getting leverage and blackmail on someone. It’s the highest form of currency to control, threaten, coerce, or manipulate someone and bend them to your will. That’s the bread and butter of the Cabal, or any lesser Secret Society for that matter.

At the very least, Bugs will see a “working” man and they see someone more likely to cough up some spare change just to be done with yet another distraction in their way to the top of that Pyramid.

More than that, it takes a degenerate to recognize a degenerate, after all. Behaviors they deal with every day stand out like a sore thumb when demonstrated by someone who is supposed to be “above it all.” Rich people are soft. They can’t hide their weaknesses nor vices nearly as well as those raised by the streets. They don’t recognize when someone has malicious intent towards them, at least not in the same way a homeless bum might when confronted with a suspicious tweaker.

When you grow up on the streets, you learn real quick that showing weakness is how you get taken advantage of. Wealthy people don’t ever get that life lesson.

This is why your typical suburban liberal is so oblivious to the dangers of importing third-worlders into their community. This is why they are so easily duped by scammers and fraudsters. They are so removed from “the shit” that they don’t understand you can’t simply reason with desperation. Desperation breeds a cutthroat personality type. “Kill or be killed.” It’s Empathic Suicide to think you can solve all of a person’s problems by giving them free stuff and a pat on the back after a long and hard life of “I got mine, fuck the other guy.”

So, when it comes to bugs, as in nature, you gotta be especially ruthless to survive. If you don’t swarm, you miss out on the free shit. This is part and parcel of any Low-Trust Society structure. Not all “Bugs” are really that destitute. It’s a lifestyle choice, fostered by cultures that teach to get ahead you just have to “get yours.”

You have to be quick. You have to not waste time to question morality, but act as soon as you see an opening. You have to not express weakness or vulnerability. You have to keep your true motivations and emotional states hidden. These hard lessons set an individual up very well for deception and subterfuge.

Among them, there are those who deal in blood… Bodily fluids.

Bloodsuckers

“Mosquitoes”, for instance. Did you know mosquitoes actually subsist off nectar and pollen, same as butterflies and bees? Only the females suck blood, because they need the precious proteins in order to generate their eggs. Sugars alone aren’t enough. With them all being female, they’ve garnered the reputation as “blood-sucking whores”, which is what they are in Comms. Mosquitoes are “creatures of the night” — prostitutes who drain a man of all his vitality. They target wealthy, married men, grab onto them in the dead of night, then drain them of all the resources they can.

Succubus is another word for them…

The men come home with one disease or another, gives it to his wife, the lovely family life is ruined, and the “blood-sucking whore” is off to the next “sucker.”

Some other “blood-suckers” include:

• Mosquito = Prostitute / Escort / “Homewrecker”

• Lice = Louses / Freeloaders / Moochers

• Bed Bugs = Deadbeat Roommates / Squatters

• Leeches = Exploits Fame/Status/Authority / (think: “She’s just riding your coat-tails!”)

• Fleas = Targets your “Pets” or other Livestock / Opportunist that “jumps from person to person” / Carries the Plague(“The Black Death” )

Ticks are like all blood-suckers, interested in details other pickpockets and thieves overlook while they focus on more “meaty” prospects. Ticks in particular, however, are more likely to “get under your skin” in their pursuit of your bodily fluids.

What they all have in common, typically, is a propensity for Extortion and Exploitation, especially when it comes to taking advantage of your Friendships or Familial connections. They target your “Blood.”

Let’s imagine a scenario:

On your daily commute you wait for the bus. Every day there’s a rather friendly but disheveled guy there who chats everyone up. One day he starts chatting you up. You get to know him, and he gets to know you. You tell him about your family, and he tells you about his. His family is kinda messed up. Crackhead sister. Mom on disability. Dad went for milk and never came back. He’s the “normal” one though. One day, however, he asks you if you could spare a hundo. He’s “good people” so you give him a bill. Next week, same spiel. You’re a God-fearing Christian, so you figure “here take $200, and you don’t have to worry about paying me back..” Next week, same spiel. He needs the money to bail his sister out and get her into rehab. Another month, another $400. Eventually, you tell him you can’t give any more. He gets belligerent. He starts insulting you, insulting your family. He starts bringing up things - personal things. Eventually, he threatens to spill some dirty secrets to your family members about you. He threatens to tell them “what you really think” about them. He threatens to go to your place of business and make a scene. He threatens to tell everyone he’s your gay lover, and you’re having an affair. It escalates, but he tells you he’ll back off so long as you give him $1000, and then he’ll never bother you again.

Why would he though?

That’s your typical tick. A “friendly” freeloader taking advantage of you in transit - when you’re distracted and frustrated. They get close to you. They pick your brain for details about your life. They find things they can use to guilt and leverage you. They prey on your sympathies at first, then extort you on things you confided with a “good friend” in private about your life, work, and family.

Ticks are a form of pickpocket - a more advanced form of pickpocket that’s adept at sleight-of-hand and extortion. They don’t go for loose change or billfolds, though they probably did cut their teeth like all pickpockets do.

Nope. They expanded the con into something more nefarious.

Just as a tick grabs on as you’re walking through the brush, a “Tick” will accost you as you’re walking through a crowd. They get handsy. They get under your skin. They “tick you off” with their spiel and various sob stories. You know they’re just a parasite, but since they cleverly skirt the laws, you can’t shake them off, and especially not through violence. They’ll make you pay them to leave you alone.

Like any good extortion scheme, they have no reason to stop their activity if you pay them off, but if you don’t pay them off then your way of life ends.

For the fledgling Tick, they just want money. For the more advanced tick, they want your blood, your soul, and even your mind to bend to their will.

They know you’re “good people” and would help out someone in need… right?

Then, when they have a good footing, they bite hard, burrow in, and don’t let go until you’re sucked dry.

Ticks prey on Suicidal Empathy, and when they “get under your skin” it’s VERY difficult to remove them. Even if you pop their ass-ends and blood gushes out, you still have to dig out the head and its mandibles that dug into the flesh. The more you try to pry them free, the more they burrow, even after half their body is mangled and torn away.

So, what would it mean to catch a “disease” from a Tick?

Well, if someone can take something off of you, they can just as easily plant something on you as well. It’s a “give and take” transaction at that point, right?

When a tick “gives back” it means you’re being framed for something. It means you’re being set up. It means they’re able to leverage their association with you against you in a larger extortion scheme. Or, sometimes they just do what they do best and get inside your vest pocket. Not all Ticks will get to “know” you intimately. Sometimes they just take a bite, give you a “gift” and then bugger off.

But in the clandestine world, the most “evolved” Ticks get very, very personal. They foster a skillset and people hire them for those very parTICKular set of skills. Pardon the pun. The best of Ticks employed to take you down wants people to see the two of you together, so they can weigh you down with your own bad reputation. They try to peer pressure you into partaking in drugs or any other form of degeneracy. They are “friends” who are skilled in compromising you simply by association.

They target people with skills, people with access, then ride that access to get what they want. You wanna rob a bank? Why not get the guy who designed the security system to do it for you? Get friendly with him, get to know him, then nab his family and force him to rob the bank for you. Take advantage of his powers and position, and suck him dry while taking his family hostage.

“Diseases” in Comms are things that effect your ability to continue your own schemes, whether it be by affecting your general health or public image. Some diseases alter your “brain” chemistry, and make you do things you would never do.

Others just drain you, leaving you invalid or unable to function in some particular way. If you’re coughing and wheezing all the time, people don’t wanna listen to you. So, a disease of the “lungs” and “throat” are things that effect your ability to speak. Anything that ruins your First Amendment Rights fits the bill. Gag orders, hush money, threats, cease and desist letters, court orders, or specific restraining orders for instance.

When a Tick gives you a disease, or sets you up for one, it’s always the kind that stick around. Chronic diseases, or so they’re called.

Nasty little buggers…

Meatless Diet = Prey Diet

When bugs like Ticks give a disease that prevents you from eating “Meat”, then it’s a crippling disease designed to take you out of The Game. If you can’t “eat meat” it means you can’t utilize or dispose of “livestock.” It cuts you off from economic viability and leverage. If you can’t hunt Game, as a Predator, then you’re stuck as Prey.

You end up sidelined, only able to eat “vegetables” and other Plants, like “CIA Plants.” You’re stuck listening, never acting. You’re used, not a user. The hunter suddenly becomes the hunted.

A CIA “Plant” is not like a Rat(Snitch), Mole(Saboteur), or a Mouse(Embezzler). They only “tell all” once they can secure a book deal, usually after they’re thrown out and turned into pulp. Plants aren’t there to disrupt, they’re there to take notes. Those notes are mushed together and turn into book deals to slander and smear after the fact. They are in it for the long haul, and rarely can be tapped to take down a target, though it can happen, as Roots can crack a Foundation if ignored for too long.

When you’re relegated to only “eating plants” to sustain yourself, it means you’re fucked operationally. You cannot act as a “Predator” for purposes of espionage or intelligence. You are stuck using the “wait and see” tactics and using leafy greens to run cover for others and yourself. Foliage = Coverage. Greenery is Propaganda, it’s the fake cover on stage that allows the stagehands to hide and whisper lines to the actors. It’s the bush and hedges that allow people to eavesdrop behind the safety of leaves and branches.

Why this concerns Ticks is because a Tick will grab on to plants to get close to their targets. They have dynamic relationship with one another.

So, if you see someone suddenly “fall ill” after cavorting with the “Plants” around him, it’s probably because one of those Plants introduced him to a Tick. Someone got close to the target, snuck evidence of a crime onto him, and then dug in to extort them for their Blood - their life essence. If Blood is likened to family ties, then that means tainting one’s Blood means threatening to turn their family against them. They foment “bad blood” between former allies and kin.

That is what the most dangerous of pickpockets specialize in, and what makes a great Tick once they acquire a taste for blood. They sneak sexy panties into a man’s briefcase. They drop shady hotel receipts in their car. They smear some lipstick on their collar.

There’s Pickpockets and then there’s Placepockets.

Monkeys are your typical pickpockets. Street thugs known for grabbing and running. Stupid, but crafty. Clever little things that are always getting into trouble and slinging shit(evidence) everywhere. They’re dumb because they keep falling for the low-hanging fruit, despite their impressive talents. They may have some Human(Chosen) characteristics, what with their propensity for psychopathy and organized criminality, but they lack a self-awareness necessary for higher Cabal function. They can come up with similar coded forms of communication, like sign language, but fall short of the introspection needed to discover the Symbol Comms / Acroamatic Cipher apparatus on their own.

Ticks are the next level of pickpocket. They’re what happens when a pickpocket gets in your pocket and sets up shop. They don’t just steal things to fence and pawn off for a quick buck. They’re in it for the long haul. They are Master Pickpockets, who get “close to the vest.” Their quarry is something far more damaging to their target on a personal level - things they can use to extort.

Tick = Extortionist

They are Masters of the Sleight of Hand skill. They have less of an interest in shiny trinkets and more of an interest of items you cannot possibly live without.

They want your Blood. They want what makes you TICK!

They want control, to get under your skin, and drain you slowly.

They want to set up shop in your home, among your family, and gorge themselves on your essence.

They smuggle evidence INTO YOUR BLOOD! They fabricate fake meetings between you and your competitor, and set you up for a federal “sting.” They hack your computer and put pedo-files on your hard drive. They invite you out to a business meeting at a bar and grill and it turns out to be a nightclub swarming with creatures of the night.

A Tick’s goal, especially when diseased, is to compromise you and make it impossible for you to “Hunt” ever again. Sometimes they just leave you perpetually fatigued, other times they ruin any chances you’ll have at enjoying “Meat” ever again. Either way, you are taken out of The Game.

Active Comms

If Billy Boy Gates is promoting his Fake Meat, Bioengineered Ticks, and Fartless Cows, it means he’s trying to set up a clandestine operation for ruining specific target’s ability to function in the Cabal.

He’s opening up a “Bug” service.

They want us to “eat the bugs”, yes?

What if that’s not just limited to screwing up the food industry? What if that is a cover to establish a higher Comms initiative?

“Eat Ze Bugs” = “Accept our Mass Surveillance”

Mosquitos and Ticks are blood suckers. They are agents and assets trained to infiltrate your “Blood” and drain you of your life force. They target your family life, and hold you hostage with their various diseases. Bill Gates is simply taking that “vocation” and organizing around it. He’s creating a niche in the market, that allows the Cabal to quickly and securely establish communications with individuals in the DeepState and beyond that can compromise their enemies.

You hire Billy to send some “Ticks” to “Bite” a target, and then the next thing you know they can’t “Eat Meat” anymore. At the same time, he is “Engineering Cows” so that they don’t “Fart.”

In other words, he’s creating a network of agents that will frame people, break up families, ruin your ability to deal and drive/lead industry assets, and heavily monitor/punish industry assets should they “leak” their explosive rumors about sensitive internal operations to any who seek to disrupt their “way of life.”

All his antics are setting up a “Service” that ensures the Cabal can keep their ass clean by wiping out dissidents using underhanded tactics. Loyalty tests(vaccines) aren’t enough — it’s gotten to the point where they need to whole cloth fabricate compromising intel about assets and agents alike to “keep them in line.”

He already did the same utilizing mosquitos, the “blood-sucking whores.” He likely got the idea of putting “diseases” on them when he had a run of the same, trying to solicit Epstein for antibiotics he could slip Melinda after a “mosquito” gave him the cooch rot.

Point is, him and his ilk are branching out after the success of the former scheme, and employing Ticks and Mosquitos to infect as many people as they can.
