I'm guessing "rare earth metals" are human organs and minerals are trafficked people. The Brits and the French seem keen to take over both in Ukraine, and offered Trump a cut. The deal is to keep Western Ukraine intact, along with the lucrative business practices. Trump said "No". At some point, with the Cabal in Europe fully invested, this has to be revealed.
